Payment
The following payment methods are acceptable:

VISA, MASTER CARD, SOLO, SWITCH/DELTA
All credit cards details must be authorised before despatch of goods.

Payment immediately by card or terms arranged prior to dispatch with Yabba. All goods remain the property of Yabba until paid for in full.

Security
The security of your online purchase is of paramount importance to us. If you are not happy about disclosing your Credit Card or Personal Details over the Internet, feel free to get in touch with us via telephone or email.

Delivery
Please allow anything up to 1 week for delivery.
Delivery Packaging: All postal hampers are securely packed in a Yabba postal carton for transport purposes.

Yabba cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any item contained within the hamper or charge any import duty.

Returns
We do not offer goods on a sale or return basis. Returns can only be made with the prior approval from us. Damage, shortage and breakages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will not accept back goods in saleable condition that have already been priced for retail. We reserve the right to dismiss claims outside these criteria.

Yabba is unable to guarantee that any of our condiments we make are free from possible nut product contamination.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
