Pumpkin Soup
One of our favorite soups!
- ¾ lb chopped pumpkin
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2oz Split peas
- 2 pints vegetable or chicken stock
- Salt and pepper
- Mixed herbs/ parsley
- Dash of Yabba Heatwave Sauce
Soak the split peas overnight. Rinse the split peas and add them to the stock with all the other ingredients except the parsley. Simmer until the pumpkin and split peas are tender and then liquidise. Reheat and serve garnished with parsley.
